Angel Business Communications Ltd have been producing vertical Business-to-Business publications, exhibitions, conferences, etc for over 30 years. They have been involved within the occupational health, safety and environmental marketplace for many years and specialise in a number of on-line and off-line information vehicles throughout Europe. European Occupational Health and Safety magazine was launched in September 2001 and has gone from strength-to-strength since. 
Sheila Pantry OBE manages an independent information services consultancy and electronic publishing business - Sheila Pantry Associates Ltd.
Sheila has worked in information provision, including training of staff and users in a number of major industries - iron and steel, heavy engineering, and coal as well as in research establishments.Working for the Health and Safety Executive, she established and developed, over a period of 17 years, from 1977 - 1993, the world renowned "UK Health and Safety Executive Information Service". Sheila has carried out consultancies, including setting up information services and training people in Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Jordan, Lithuania, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, and Zimbabwe. Sheila works very closely with the International Labour Office Health and Safety Centre, Geneva and has worked with European Commission DGV - Health and Safety, The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, Dublin, Ireland, The European Commission PHARE programme and for the European Commission DG XIII - Telematics Directorate.
Sheila writes extensively for the health, safety and environment press, most notably as Chief Editor for European Occupational Heath and Safety magazine. She gives many talks internationally on all aspects of information management, staff training and development, and the use of health, safety and environment information.
Awarded the OBE by HM The Queen for services to the health and safety information industry in the 1993 UK New Year's Honours List, and in 2000 received from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents an award for distinguished service in recognition of her outstanding contribution in the cause of health and safety.
